Delivery & Collection Terms

1. Delivery Coverage

We provide structured shipping and home delivery options across our designated service zones and surrounding regions. Delivery routes are updated regularly to ensure all online consumer orders are fulfilled efficiently.

2. Minimum Order for Delivery

Standard delivery is available for all online orders meeting our minimum order threshold at checkout. Orders below our standard online delivery threshold are welcome for scheduled warehouse collection by appointment.

3. Order Cut-Off & Scheduling

To secure a delivery slot:

• Orders must be confirmed in advance.
• Same-day delivery is not guaranteed.
• Delivery days are allocated based on route efficiency.
• Urgent or special requests may be reviewed but cannot always be accommodated.

This ensures operational efficiency and consistent supply reliability.

4. Delivery Charges

Delivery fees may apply depending on:

• Order value
• Delivery distance
• Frequency of supply
• Fragile or special handling requirements

Long-term supply partners may qualify for adjusted delivery arrangements based on volume consistency.

5. Warehouse Collection

Warehouse collection is available strictly by appointment.

• Collection is permitted only for confirmed and prepared orders.
• Unscheduled visits cannot be accommodated, as our facility operates as a distribution warehouse rather than a retail shop.

Collection hours: Between 10:00 AM - 1:30 PM

6. Failed Delivery Policy

A redelivery charge may apply if delivery cannot be completed due to:

• No authorised representative present
• Incorrect address details
• Refusal of confirmed goods

7. Product Responsibility

All goods must be inspected upon receipt.

• Damaged or missing items must be checked and reported immediately at delivery or collection.
• Any discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.

Once goods are signed for, responsibility transfers to the customer.
